If a product is ”Out of Stock” you may submit on our waiting list and you will be notified when it is back. No charges added.

Order Issues

Faulty Item
As soon as you discover a faulty item, contact us on customercare@myrulesclothing.com by quoting subject ‘’FAULTY’’ giving the  following information:
Your order number,
The item’s name & size
An image of the fault
We will review your case as soon as possible & get back to you with a
replacement or money exchange.

Wrong Item Received
As soon as you discover what is wrong with your order, contact us on customercare@myrulesclothing.com by quoting subject ‘’WRONG ITEM’’ giving the following information:
Your order number,
The item’s name & size received
The item’s name & size you wanted to receive
We will review your case as soon as possible & get back to you with a replacement or money exchange.

Payment Types
We accept all Credit Cards via Paypal Card Payment System.
We do not accept checks or direct bank transfers.
Cash upon Delivery is available only for Greece (listed on check-out delivery options)

Delivery

1) Standard Delivery Greece (FREE)
Parcels are delivered within 5 working days (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays)
Delivery cannot be tracked.
Contact us is case your parcel seems to be late at customercare@myrulesclothing.com.
Quote ‘’LATE DELIVERY’’ and don’t forget to mention your order number.

2) Next Day Delivery Greece (4.00 €)
Next Day Delivery costs 4.00 € but if you spend over 200.00 € you can use the coupon ” OVER200 ” for free Next Day Delivery.
Delivery is fully tracked with the parcel’s code provided via www.elta-courier.gr
Parcels are delivered on the Next Day of your Order if ordered before 2pm
(Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays)

3) Precise Delivery Greece (5.00 €)
Precise Delivery costs 5.00 €.
You may use this option if you want your parcel to be delivered on a
specific day & time from 3 to 10 days in advance (Monday to Saturday
excluding Public Holidays).
Delivery is fully tracked with the parcel’s code provided via www.elta-courier.gr

4) Cash Upon Delivery Greece (4.00 €)
Cash Upon Delivery costs 4.00 € but if you spend over 200.00 € you can use the
coupon ” OVER200 ” for free Next day & Cash on Delivery.
You may use this option if you are not a card holder type of person and you wish to pay directly by cash.
Delivery is fully tracked with the parcel’s code provided via www.elta-courier.gr
Parcels are delivered on the Next Day of your Order if ordered before 2pm
(Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays)

5) International Standard Delivery
International Shipping costs are automatically calculated by weight and destination on checkout.                                                          If you spend over 200.00 € you can use the coupon ” OVER200 ” for free International Delivery.
Standard Delivery for International Deliveries may take up to 10 working days
within EU. (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays).
Delivery cannot be tracked.

6) International Express Delivery
International Express Shipping costs are automatically calculated by weight and destination on checkout.
Express Delivery for International Deliveries may take up to 3 working days
within EU. (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays).
Delivery is fully tracked via www.elta.gr.

*Next Day Delivery Greece excludes a small number of areas such as: Greek Islands, Peloponnese
If you happen to live in one of the mentioned areas, your parcel will be
delivered within 2-5 days. (Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays)
** If you are not available on the time of your parcel’s arrival, the carrier will leave a note.
*** We’ ll do our best to keep you satisfied, but in times of busy days (such as
sale periods) or if facing technical issues, deliveries might be a little late.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 10 days of the receipt.
However, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
Fill up the Return Form received and do not forget to attach the receipt inside
in order to proceed.
Please pack and seal your parcel securely and use an insured courier service.
Your shipment must be sent prepaid.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
We also reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.

Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges within 10 days of the receipt.
In case you wish to change your article’s size, you may contact us at customercare@myrulesclothing.com quoting ‘SIZE EXCHANGE’ in order to
reserve the item for you. However, we can only exchange non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
Fill up the Return Form received and do not forget to attach the receipt inside
in order to proceed.
Please pack and seal your parcel securely and use an insured courier service.
Your shipment must be sent prepaid.
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
We also reserve the right to refuse multiple exchanges at different times from one order.

Refunds
Refunds will only be made upon receipt of returned items.
Upon the arrival, we will credit back within 7-10 business days.
For purchases through PayPal, the amount will immediately be refunded back
to your PayPal account.
For purchases through credit card, the refund will immediately be sent to the credit card company for processing. Generally, this can take 1-7 days
depending on the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles
for your credit to appear on your statement.
Purchases with Cash upon Delivery cannot be made and you will be asked to provide your bank account details.
